Hair is a part of our body which we are mostly concerned about in our daily life. Good quality of hair complements our looks and makes us feel good. We are over obsessed by the way our hair looks.

Roots are the most important part of our hair which we can't see. The hair roots are protected deep inside the dermis within the hair follicles. The hair grows from this part and when they grey, they grey from the roots.

The primary component of our hair is the keratin which is a protein made of long chains of amino acids. The quality and the type of hair generally depend on our ancestors and equally on the care we take. Thus may it be dry hair, oily hair or properly balanced hair, the quality mainly depends on our genes.

With the fast and new technologies being invented every day, the products utilizing these technologies can altogether change the texture, quality and type of our hair. These new products have varied effects on our hair. On one hand they can enhance the quality of our hair while on the other if they do not suit texture of our hair, they can equally damage them. Thus it is very important to know your hairs texture and the products which will complement your hair. But just knowing the products is not enough as one should also know the steps to apply these hair products on our precious hair.

There are many products available in the market for our hair which includes products for smoothening, increase the volume, increase the shine, removing dandruff, decreasing hair fall, dyeing, straightening and curling the hairs. We use these products very frequently in our daily life. But if they are not applied properly on our hair they may cause a lot of damage to them. Thus it is very essential to know the proper application of these products on the hair.

Styling sprays, gels, cream etc. are used very often on our hairs. To properly apply these products, first saturate the hair with the product used and then comb the product throughout the hair for its even distribution. This will apply the product on each strand of our hair rather than just on the top of the hair. Later the hair should be thoroughly rinsed to remove all the chemicals applied on them.

Similarly while shampooing, wet the hair properly under running water for some time. This will remove all the dirt from them. Then shampoo the hair and the scalp slowly until lather is created for 1 minute. Again rinse the hair properly under running water to remove the shampoo completely. Apply a small amount of conditioner throughout the hair and again rinse them properly. The hair should be dried using a dry towel. The use of a blow dryer should be avoided in case of dry hair. Following these steps can thus prevent the untimely falling of your hair.
