Blow dryers should be used correctly otherwise it can damage the hair. Other healthy tips are a balanced diet to provide your hair with the right amount of nutrients that include fruits and vegetables, proteins and fiber. Drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.

Dandruff is a problem that affects half of the world population, so you do not have to face it alone. It is a health point in your life and needs to be dealt with effectively with healthy tips that you can adopt. There are so many natural remedies which will help you to get rid of dandruff. Vinegar wash is a good home-made remedy. Mix two teaspoons of vinegar with six teaspoons of water, and apply it on your scalp before you go to bed. Apply the same solution in the morning before washing it off. Do not scratch your scalp with your fingernails as it could cause an infection. Following these healthy tips and with the right care, dandruff is manageable and can be kept in control.
